Our organization is engaged in manufacturing of Heat recovering system in electrical/oil/LPG gas fires, which is renowned for high end features such as low maintenance and low power consumption. Since the, raw material is heated up to 200°C to 250°C reduces drastically and fuel quantity is reduced there by the working cost is reduced.
Recuperator System is basically a heat recovery system from exhaust, which is installed on exhaust path and designed according to air/fuel ratio. The chimney is fabricated up to 1 meter level from the furnace top and atmosphere temperature will not be felt by the operator or shop level people. We also select the recuperator according to air / fuel ratio the shell and tube type. The recuperator will pre-heat the combustion air to the tune of 250°C to 300°C and preheated combustion gases will be used along with the fuel as combustion fuel mixer. The carbon content will be very much less well within the pallatury control board norms.
Raw material for pre heating system: Since we are making use of correct air/ fuel ration the exhaust gases will contain carbon less percentage and the exhaust gases will be utilized to pre-heating the raw material. The Exhaust gases will taken in a duct, bend and focused towards raw material placed in a tray assembled on the furnace top cover so that the raw material will be preheated if 30°C to 40°C.
The advantage of pre-heating system in aluminum / copper / brass melting furnace are: - Raw material is preheated more than 100 C so that the moisture observed by the raw material is removed. During melting and production process the gas inclusion will be drastically reduced and quality of job will be improved and reduction percentage will be reduced
- Since the raw material is heated up to 200°C to 250°C the heat value to melt the aluminum/ copper/ brass is drastically reduced and fuel quantity is reduced there by the working cost is reduced.
