We design & manufacture various types of process heat equipments like hot water generators, agro waste fired hot water generators and hot water boilers. Astra is a shell type, three pass, reverse flue design hot water generator. Usually built horizontally, but is also available in vertical models.

The Astra has an internal water cooled furnace with low heat release rate. It can be supplied with the rugged Ross make burner or any other imported burner. The reverse flue design achieves higher efficiency & saves precious fuel.

Each Astra undergoes a complete firing test, including a thorough check up of all electrical components & adjustment of burner for efficient combustion.

Solid Fuel fired Hot Water Generator

Water boils when its vapor pressure equals the atmospheric pressure. When pressurized, water can boil at temperatures above 100 deg. C. Heat-Max Hot Water generators use this principle to heat water as high as 140 deg. C or beyond, without changing its liquid state. Water is eco friendly and has a specific heat of one, which makes it an excellent medium for industrial heat transfer applications.

The hot water boilers are designed to operate on various fuels like Heavy Oil, Light Oil, Gas, Duel fuel, Coal, Husk and other Agro waste fuels.

Several applications of indirect heating as well as hot water direct consumption can be achieved with hot water generators. Indirect heating applications include Bulk Oil Storage, Spray Drying, Space Heating, Pickling and several others.
