Automatic filter press offered by us is quite similar to normal filter press. It has PLC as well as control panel along with auto cake removal system. Automatic filter press's function helps in reducing the filter press closing time as well as cake removal time. Hydraulic Closing Device :

Our Hydraulic Closing Devices are especially designed for long term and mainly error free. These devices are available with as well as without mechanical lock nuts. The function of mechanical locknut is to save the power of hydraulic press for maintaining the pressure during the operation. Moreover, it also ensures successful operation during power failure.

We are also offering small hand hydraulic devices that enable consumers to mount on lab model and small capacity filter press. These small devices are available at cheap rates with greater efficiency.

Filter Cloth :

Filter Cloth is a medium where actual filtration takes place. In the process, filter cloths mounts on the drain surface of the filter plates. As soon as the slurry feeds inside the filter plate chamber, the slurry gets filtered by the filter cloth. The filter cloth is available in various sizes and in different MOC like Polypropylene, Polyester, Teflon, Cotton etc. The mesh size of the filter cloth can be selected after studying the mesh size of solid particle contained in the slurry. Mainly, we opt filter cloth.

Cake Collection Tray :

Cake Collection Trays are the kind of trays which are made either of MS, SS, HDPE or PP-FRP and are available in different size and with trolley wheel.

Filtrate Collection Tray :

Filtrate Collection Tray works in open delivery filter press. It is made up of MS, SS, HDPE or PP-FRP. The length of the filtrate collection tray varies time to time as per the length of the filter press or total no. of plates.

Control Panel :

The control panel is offered in our conventional filter press. It has incorporated contactor, relay, pushbutton and indicating lamp for various required operations.

Chamber Filter Plates (Recess Type)

The recess chamber filter elements are mainly used for filtrating processes. These are little bit different than the old conventional Plate and Frame type filter plates. These plates have introduced with the help of application of plastic, molding technology for manufacturing of Filter Plates. Such plates give higher productivity at lower cost.

Moreover, it also allows center feeding with high feeding rate as compared to old plate and frame type filter plates.

Plate and Frame Filter Plates

Plates and Frames are built of light, hygienic, chemical resistance Polypropylene. They are easy to handle and are suited for sticky material where the complete cake is not formed during filtration process. It is also suitable for processes where filtration material is very oily as well as is difficult to clean up filter cloth due to deposition of oily material on filter cloth during each batch.

The only disadvantage of the plate is having smaller sizes input of slurry as compared to chamber type filter press. It also has problems of very low rate of slurry feeding because of smaller size holes (10 mm) provided at entrance of filtration area. It also requires more material (Polypropylene) to deliver same volume of cake as compared to Chamber (Recess type) Filter press.

Membrane Filter Plates

These precision engineered plates are designed to bring reduction in moisture content in cakes. Normally pressure is applied by air and the squeezing pressure is chosen as function of the application.

This membrane is designed to de-water most difficult sludge as well as protect plates against potential cake less chambers. Further, the high pressure membranes are developed for difficult filtration process. It also allows extreme squeeze pressure that is made possible due to combination of special feed inlet design as well as selected special materials.

We offer customers a wide variety of filter press that is a kind of structure which provides close chamber for filtration.
