Filterpress Division is the first division of Heattrans Equipments Private Limited, dealing with Accessories, Filter Plates, Filter Press and Automatic Filter Press.

Heattrans Equipments Private Limited owns another division named “Foundry Division”. This division mainly aims at manufacturing quality sand castings which are normally Ductile iron (SG Iron), and CI casting .

Heattrans has established a benchmark of quality supplier in many indian multinationals and in global market.

The company is closely working with customer requirements to maintain the quality of products by taking the help of quality tools such as FMEA. We are making casting products of 500 MT per month to meet the demands of market. We also have in-house quality contol faciliy like UTM (Universal Testing Machine), digital microscope to capture the microstructure, portable hardness tester and other key equipments to give quality castings.

Mr. Mukesh Patel is a techo-crate prompter of Heattrans. He is a Mechanical engineer and having a degree of Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Nottingham, UK. Being an engineer, he has the experience of 5 years in project / system analysis, system design and implementation. Equipped with technical knowledge, he has given additional strength of IT Implementation and Engineering to Fluidtech group.

• We have successfully installed new induction furnace of 1500 KW with one crucible of 3 MT along with 10 MT (holding) liquid metal.
• Heattrans has produced a single job of 13 MT with ultrasonic quality level and distributes to WINDSOR MACHINES LIMITED, CHHATRAL
• Moreover, we are also planning to commence a new green sand plant of capacity weighing min. 20 kg.
