Established in the year 2003, Bijendra Heavy Electricals is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of a wide assortment of electrical equipment that includes generator sets of 62KVA to 2000KVA capacity range, brushless alternators with auto voltage regulators, three phase motors, engineered electric motors, single phase motors, industrial electric motors. Our products are known for efficient performance and hassle free operation.

Under the able and efficient guidance of our mentor and owner of the company Mr. Bijendra Singh, we have carved a niche for ourselves in the specified segment of electrical and engineering industries. After being a market leader in the field of small generator sets for nearly a decade, we diversified into the segment of heavier ones ranging from 62KVA to 2000KVA capacity. In due course of time, we also introduced brushless alternators with auto voltage regulators (AVR).

Relying on our modern infrastructure and efficient workforce, we are able to offer generating sets up to 2500KVA. Further, we also provide services for these sets on annual maintenance contract basis. Our alternators are coupled with prime movers from the capacity of 2MW onwards. There is no other non government undertaking in India that manufactures power plants up to the capacity of 10 megawatts totally on its own. They either need to purchase technical know-how or make collaboration. However, we have the experience of manufacturing, testing, supplying, erection and commissioning of such generating sets of the capacity of 3250KVA, 5000KVA, 6000KVA, 12500KVA across various establishments of our clients worldwide.

India is a vast country and it has growing power needs. Most of the ecclesiastical technical power plants are running at less than half of their efficiency. Simultaneously, huge power cuts result in loss of industrial as well as agricultural production. Relying on our expertise and modern infrastructural setup, we are able to overcome the shortage of power in the industrial, urban and the agricultural sector by providing more efficient services including repair, modification, efficiency and capacity enhancement of the existing power plants. We also provide operations, maintenance and running of the power plant contract on lease. For setting up of new power plants, we have tie-up with M/S Kanohar Electricals Ltd. for power transformers and distribution transformers.

 

As a private limited company, M/s Bijendra Heavy Electricals has been promoted by Shri Bijendra Singh throughout since its establishment in May 2003. He is a pioneer in the field of Generators with his experience in this filed for more than two decades. Earlier, he started manufacturing small generating sets from 5 KVA to 62 KVA, electric motors from 1 hp to 50 hp, D.C. welding rectifiers and diesel engines.

 

In the year 1980, Shri Singh was the first to introduce rotating field with stator output small generating sets in the market. These happen to be more efficient as compared to the fixed pole small generator sets existed in the market. Due to his efficient effort, the design of the stampings of rotating field generating sets in the market is known as Bijendra design.
