We supply the complete Bio-mass Gasification Power Plant upto 4MW (Four Megawatt). The Producer Gas produced by our Gasifier (Pyrolyzer). is absolutely Tar & Ash free and is fed directly into the Furnaceoi/Diesel engines converted by us into Gas mode of operation (An innovation by us which nobody in the world does.) Ours is a one stop shop where Gasifiers, Alternators & Engines all are taken care of with ease.

GASIFIERS- (Pyrolyzers)  A non-conventional,  Co-Generation, Renewable energy source, a Green Project  receiving Govt. Of India backing, utilizes Municipal Solid Waste as fuel, viz.- waste wood, saw dust, furniture  waste wood, bagasse, rice husk, Coconut Shells, thermocol, waste plastic, rubber, tyres, leather, Coal etc.  Max.Output of a single Unit- 04 Mega Watts. For higher requirements multiple Units can be commissioned.                                                                 

GASIFICATION It is a thermo-chemical process that converts solid waste, coal to a low heat value (LHV) gaseous fuel called “Producer Gas”. This producer gas is fuel for many different applications of shaft power, thermal power or electricity in the equipment like, IC engines, furnaces, kilns, dryers, rolling mills and heat treatment equipment.

 

The equipment to be utilized is the new generation  Gasifier a modified version developed by consistent R&D at Bijendra by incorporating new modifications  to get better viability of Gasifiers & to obtain clean, rich and consistent supply of Producer Gas which has better calorific values (1000 -1400K.Cal/NM3) with minimum contents of soots and smoke formed by cracking of Tar with higher gasification efficiency and low coal consumption rate. Further Volatile Matter contents of the coal are converted into fix carbon which on gasification increases the Calorific Value of Gas & reduces fuel consumption and increases the overall efficiency of gasification.

 

The in-line ESP’s or Electro static precipitators help in total removal of tar developed in the process of Pyrolysis.

 

TO RUN THE POWER PLANT, THIS ULTRA-CLEAN GAS IS DIRECTLY FED INTO THE INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE CONVERTED & MODIFIED BY US FROM FURNACE OIL / DIESEL OPERATION MODE , TO OPERATE WITH PRODUCER GAS AS FUEL. WITH EXHAUSTS MUCH BELOW THE POLLUTION  CONTROL BOARD NORMS.

In a Gasifier based Power Plant, where the load is constant pure gas can be fed to the engines with the help of a Microprocessor based, Furnace Oil to gas conversion device manufactured by us, but in case of variable  or a jerk load viz.- Furnace in a Steel Plant, or any other such item, dual-fuel engine operation starts. The dual fuel engine  runs purely on gas but when a sudden load is activated or a machine starts the engine then automatically runs on 80% on gas and 20% on Furnace Oil /L.D.O. for a short duration only & reverts back to  Gas mode when the load becomes constant.

Electric Alternators

We manufacture and export a wide range of alternators that is offered in customized form as per our clients’ specified requirements. Manufacturer of Alternators for use with- Hydro-Turbines, Thermal (Steam Turbines), Furnace Oil or Gas  based Engines from 1MW to 100 Mega Watts, indigenously,  based on our know how, design and technology and higher capacities as per client requirements conforming to International standards. The features of the Alternators are- Brushless, 415Volts to 17000Volts, 2Poles to 52Poles, 115RPM to 3000RPM, 50Hz. To 400Hz., 98% efficiency, 0.8 to 0.9 Pf with over temp., over speed & ground fault protection system, with extended shaft if required. They can be tailor made to suit your technical requirements and specifications at a short notice of four months or even less. 

We offer our alternators with two simultaneously working AVRs that is world’s first and only alternator with this feature that offers three phase voltage sensing. The alternator doesn’t stop working in case of failure of any one AVR. Hence the power output is unaffected and the fault is indicated on the control panel. It consists of full copper winding with insulation class C and we are the first to use this kind of insulation in the world. The alternator is safe on any winding fault while in operation and can trip down if any contingency arises. It is also efficient for over temperature protection. If the temperature of the winding system increases above normal winding temperature, the alternator indicates the fault and trips down the functioning of the unit. The temperature of the coils while running is called as winding temperature.
Technical Specifications:

  • Maximum Voltage fluctuation: 0.35% on full load or offload operation
  • 10% voltage adjustable on the overall rating depending on your requirement
  • Excitation system and AVRs will not damage or trip on under frequency running
  • Rotor is well balanced as it is machined on CNC
  • Can run effectively at three times of full load up to ½ a minute
  • Single bearing on rotor shaft with self lining, opposite coupling side mounted at the back of the body structure
  • Stamping used are of CRNGO grade
  • Blower is fitted at front of the shaft for effective cooling
  • Works effectively and safely in moist atmosphere and conditions
  • Ambient temperature required is 25*C to 35*C.

 

Our alternators are 98% output power efficient as we test alternators on full load for 24 hours and 4 hours on 25% overload with a power factor of 0.8.
