We offer automatic bitumen compactor, which is a new ‘HEICO’ compactor automatically stimulates hand compaction as specified in ASTM D-1559 and develops a uniformity in the test procedure.
These consist of a chain drive coupled to the motor through a gear box and carries a locking device, which lifts and releases the hammer through a specified height. Further, our range is fitted with a counter that trips the motor automatically after 50 or 75 strokes as set on it. In addition, our products are suitable for operation on 220 V, 50 Hz, single phase supply.

Our range of Benkelman beam, which is used for determining the deflection of flexible pavements under the action of moving loads. These consist of a 365 cm long aluminum beam in two halves arranged to give the lever arm ratio of 2:1.
The provision is made for leveling the apparatus and an anvil and a probe are fixed in opposite directions on the beam. Further, we also provide a buzzer for removing friction in the bearings.
In addition to this, we also provide on the same pavement and clamping, spring loaded clamp for movement of the assembled beam to different test points. Apart from this, the beam can be leveled by fine and coarse adjustments provided for the purpose.

Our range of bitumen extractor are used for determining the quantity of bitumen in hot mixed paving mixtures and pavement samples. These are incorporated with bowl, which is coupled directly to a motor through flexible coupling. Further, we also provide a variac is that is preset to give 3500 r.p.m. to the bowl.
