Beam Moulds![]() We offer beam moulds, which are made as per IS : 516, IS : 10086-1982 standards. These are used for making cement concrete. Further, our range is also used for testing of prisms or bars of square cross- section for flexural strength tests. Moreover, the inside faces are machined flat to within 0.02 mm tolerance and inside dimensions are accurate to 0.2 mm. In addition to this, our products are made of cast iron or steel, supplied complete with base plate.
Compression Testing Machine With Digital Readout Unit![]() We offer compression testing machine with digital readout unit, which are incorporated with load frames and designed to withstand a few million times of full cycles of loading without any sign of distortion or fatigue. These frames are light in weight and the base carries a fine finished hydraulic ram and the lower platen. In addition to this, the top plate has the spherical seating to take care of any irregularity of the specimen surface or slight misplacement of the specimen from the central position. Moreover, our range also consist of pumping unit, which is attached on the right hand side of the loading unit. It is a multi plunger pump submersed in the tank and is powered by 1.5 kW electric motor. We also add power pack, which gives non-pulsating flow to the hydraulic ram to ensure smooth loading of the specimen which can be seen by the movement of the load gauge/digital display. Further, the flow of the oil can be precisely controlled by the strain control knob located at a convenient height. In addition to this, the indication of load is on digital display system, which is directly indicated in respective engineering unit. The electronic display unit of our product is microprocessor based with a built in RS232 serial port. This helps in indication for load, peak load, and pace rate indicator. Universal Testing Machine Autopacer![]() Our range of universal testing machine autopacer are designed for the automatic pace setting arrangement. The pace setting of our machine is achieved through a combination of advanced electronic and hydraulic system. Further, the pacing speed is programmed through the computer key board which is directly displayed is engineering units on the computer screen. In addition, our range is incorporated with the proportional valve that have a drive card, which corrects the error between the feed and the follower signal and the follower signal and makes the machine to run at a set speed irrespective of any specimen behavior. The computer is used for high speed data acquisition and controlling card (DAQ).
