Mechanical Shaft
Our array of tank agitators are offered with standard flameproof electric motors, worms or helical gearboxes and varied shaft sealing arrangements such as lip seals, gland packings, single or double mechanical seals. We offer sturdy constructed structural arrangement to fit it on the open tank structure. Additionally, we also offer mounting flange ideal for vessel connection for closed tanks application.
Shafts: The tank agitator shafts are straight to less than 0.2 mm total run out per meter of shaft length, resulting in smooth functioning. These shafts are made of superior quality carbon steel or 304 or 316 stainless steel. We also offer stepped or tapered shafts so as to resist torsional vibrations.
Couplings: Our range of agitators is offered with flexible motor-to-gear reducer couplings manufactured from highly elastomeric raw material, which enables it to resist mechanical shock and vibration thereby compensating for minor motor misalignment's.
