Hemla is proud to present 50 years of experience in state of the art embroidery. Seeking to innovate and develop new designs in GPO, Crochet(both lace and fabric) and other textures, we continue to be pioneers in schiffli embroidery. All designs are developed in house on the computer punching system and produced on Swiss Lasser Machines to provide the finest quality. An additional factor contributing towards excellent quality is our in house processing unit, Creative Dyeing and Printing Mills Ltd established in 1988. Creative provides top quality processing in Bleaching, Dyeing and Printing while working with a variety of fabrics eg. Cotton, georgette, moss crepe rayon etc. Prints are generated on Rotary Flatbed and tables while dyeing is done on jiggers, CP dyeing jet dyeing and soft flows. Final touches are provided by mercerizing machine, zero zero finish and hotair stentor.

As a team Hemla and Creative have both pushed the barriers regarding the quality of their work. Embroidery designs are developed in house on the Computer Punching System and produced on computerized Swiss Lasser machines. The plant spreads over an area of 45,000 square feet and has a work force of more than 300 master craftsmen. Hemla generates 10,000 mtrs per day of schiffli fabric, for a regular design. Creative the younger sibling, has over the years grown to become a vertically integrated organization, and is focused on providing the most innovative prints in the industry. Producing 30,000 mtrs of prints and 40,000 mtrs of dyeing and bleaching (per day), the area covered by the company is more than 1 Lakh square feet.
