Soya bean is hydrolysed by various method like acid hydrolysis/ enzymatic hydrolysis  under contolled conditions to drive maximum recovery of proteins without denaturing  and essential amino acids.

Liver extract, liver fraction, liver concentrate, protein concentrate and animal liver is hydrolyzed to derive the proteins and amino acide and vitamins. The extraction is done in controlled conditions to ensure minimal loss of vitamins and amino acids.

Meat extracts and meat peptone is hydrolyzed under controlled conditions. Available in paste and powder form.

Product can be used for pharmaceuticals, veteneary, flavoring, fermentation.
