Hercules Industries is one of the leading companies engaged in production and export of a wide variety of superior quality machinery. When the company was incorporated in 1960, it was involved in the manufacturing of bush bearings in bronze.

Over these years, we have diversified into the manufacturing of various products such as centrifugal castings, gravity castings, machined piston rings, extrusion screws, air cooling rings, slurry pumps, bushes, screws for plastic and rubber machines, segmented screws, sizer rings and many other products.
Our products have found various uses in diverse industrial applications such as automobiles, metal processing, plastic and different manufacturing industries. Designed keeping the different special requirements of our customers in mind, our range of products are known for their superior performance, ease of use, durability, economical prices and customization.

The machine shop is equipped with following equipment:

Lathes

• 1CNC Turning Centre
• 4 HMT make fully automatic
• 4 Kirloskar make fully automatic

Milling

• 1 HMT vertical
• 1 HMT universal

Drills

• 1 WMW Radial drill 50mm spindle
• 2 Pillar drills

The workshop is fully equipped with imported measuring instruments that are duly calibrated from time to time to ensure superior quality.
These include:

• Micrometers (Mitutoyo make) 0mm to600mm dia
• Inside Micrometers (Mitutoyo) 16mm to 600mm dia
• Bore gauges (Mitutoyo) 8 mm to 600 mm dia
• Vernier Callipers (Mitutoyo) 150 mm to 150 mm dia

For manufacturing of plastic and rubber machine screws, the unit has following equipment:

• Tool and Cutter grinder
• WMW Thread milling machine
• Thread Whirling Machine

Infrastructural Facilities:
Our main unit is situated at Waggle Industrial Estate, Thane (Maharashtra), India, with advanced manufacturing setup. The unit is equipped with all the latest machines and technology to produce high quality, zero-defect products. The plant has a non ferrous foundry and a machine shop, which consists of following equipment:

Non-Ferrous Casting:

• Centrifugal casting machines
• 500 length 1000mm
• Maximum single piece capacity in Aluminium 175kg
• Maximum single piece capacity in bronze 350kg
• Shell Moulding equipment
• 3 Oil fired pit furnaces 400 kg. in Bronze
• 1 Oil fired tilting furnace 300 kg. in Bronze

Hercules Industries undertakes centrifugal castings of copper alloys and gravity die castings in aluminium alloys and Muzak along with the capacity to design the moulds and dies required for the same. The company has successfully made centrifugal casting up to 475 mm diameter and have successfully developed Dies for Blue star Ltd. (piston and connecting rods), Dies for reduction gear boxes (import substitute), Dies for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. (Powai) manifolds, actuators for export. The castings of valves are made under the Indian Boiler Regulation certificate (IBR).
