HINDHIVAC Rotary Vacuum Pumps are suitable for research as well as industrial applications. These water cooled vacuum pumps are specially designed for continuous vacuum pumping operations. Raw materials are chosen keeping in view of the continuous pumping requirements. Pressure tight, special grade, fine grain castings and high carbon steel for internal parts are hardened and ground to close tolerances. These rotary vacuum pumps ensure noise and vibration at negligible minimum levels. Compactness and minimum oil charge are the highlights of the design feature. The double stage vacuum pumps have gas ballast facility to pump most condensable vapors without any notable oil contamination. A filter is incorporated in the gas ballast valve to prevent atmospheric dirt from entering the pump. An ant suck-back facility prevents oil entering the system in the event of pump being switched off due to power failure.
Application: Impregnation, Nuclear Particle Study, Electronic Tube Evacuation, Lamp Exhausting, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, Freeze Drying, Gas Circulation, Vacuum Forming, Filtration, Metalizing, Distillation, Vacuum Lifting, Dehydration, Vacuum Metallurgy, Vacuum Sublimation, Packing Operation, Bottle filling operations etc.
The Piston-Roots Combination pumps have been incorporated in the Rotary Vacuum Pump range with a specific purpose and advantage of handling bigger gas loads, faster pumping with better ultimate vacuum. HINDHIVAC Combination pump is conceived and evolved for high volumetric evacuation efficiency with low power, oil and water requirement. This proves to be the best choice providing higher displacement with ultimate vacuum of 1 x 10-3 m.bar. Roots pump is the first stage and Piston pump backs it as a second stage.
Certain applications need to reach vary high vacuum levels in very less time. This kind of applications need a service of pumps inter-connected to each other, working simultaneously. This combination of pumps is termed as combination vacuum pumping system.
HINDHIVAC combination pumping system is conceived and evaluated for high volumetric evacuation efficiency with low power, oil and water requirement. This proves to be the best choice providing higher displacement with ultimate vacuum of 10-3 .bar. Roots pump is the first stage and piston backs it as a second stage.
HINDHIVAC provides different types of combination pumping systems. The usual combination pumping systems being roots-piston combinations and root-rotary combinations. Combination vacuum pumping system can be selected depending upon the nature of application.
HINDHIVAC offers a complete line of compact, direct drive Rotary Vane pumps which are designed for rugged and reliable operation. The Direct Drive Rotary Vane Pumps of ED series incorporate a broad combination of design features like positive internal oil circulation system for lubrication. All cast metal construction, Automatic anti-suck-back valve. These Vane Pumps find typical application in Optical coating systems, Metallurgical process, Lamp manufacturing, TV Tube manufacturing and other high vacuum oriented areas of industrial manufacturing, food processing, Epoxy mixing & casting, high vacuum impregnation, freeze drying. These Vane Pumps can be fitted with a variety of accessories like Dust Filter, Condensate Trap, Oil Mist Filter, Molecular Sieve Traps, Moisture Traps, etc.
HINDHIVAC manufactures different models of Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps. These Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps are robust and are most reliable. They can be used in combination with Roots Vacuum Blowers. These Piston Pumps are extremely useful in handling high volumes of gases and are provided with Gas Ballast Valves to pump out condensable vapors. These piston pumps are built to give uninterrupted service even under strenuous working conditions with economical power and oil consumption.
These Piston Pumps are water cooled to ensure continuous duty with high efficiency. The Piston Pump has a unique design in which the pump ensures that while the piston continues to rotate it maintains isolation of the compression and the suction cycle, drawing out the compressed air through the exhaust valve. The pump has a low oil charge and the gas ballast is provided to avoid oil contamination due to condensable vapors. This Piston Pump is water cooled to avoid over heating and for continuous running
