Bare aluminum on glass substrates gives 85-90% reflectivity whereas dielectric coated aluminum gives better than 95% reflectivity in the visible region. HHV has got sophisticated vacuum coating systems with process controllers, 10 KW Electron Beam Gun and other modern gadgetries for maintaining a precise coating thickness.

Hindhivac offers metal dielectric narrow band interference filters required for analytical instruments to cater the needs of Bio-medical Applications. Hindhivac manufactures a wide range of filters with the wavelengths of Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Lithium. All these filters are available off the shelf. Other wave length filters in UV-VIS-NIR regions can be made available as per to the customers specifications on custom built basis.

These precision filters are made with most modern high vacuum coating systems having automatic process controllers. These filters undergo vigorous quality checks for optical parameters and capability to withstand environmental conditions such as humidity, corrosion and salt.
