Portable Gas Charging Unit Model SGC-6 is a compact unit, ideal for gas charging circuit breaker. The unit is very compact in size, with dimensions of approximately 595 mm height 580 mm length and 310 mm width and weight 30-35 Kgs and therefore is portable.

The Portable Gas Charging Unit basically consists of:

• HINDHIVAC Direct Drive Rotary Vacuum Pump Model ED-6 having 100 Lit/Min pumping speed.
• Charging Manifold with compound gauge.
• Stainless steel ball valves for isolation.
• Electrical starter for rotary pump gas regulation.

HINDHIVAC Photovoltaic Cell Module Laminator model VL-1, VL-2 VL-3, and VL-4 are designed to encapsulate interconnected photovoltaic solar cells and interconnecting wire to protect them from atmospheric humidity, dust, wind & other mechanical stresses. The solar cell module is laminated with EVA along with glass sheets to protect the module and inter connections. The design of the laminator provides both manual and automatic operations. The equipment design provides total flexibility and is user friendly in selecting the desired programmed lamination & cure cycles.

The HINDHIVAC Photovoltaic Cell Module Laminator has a programmable logic controller and the instrumentation provided for time, vacuum, temperature and pressure which gives freedom to change any of the parameters at will and to establish process parameters best suited for user requirements. 

HINDHIVAC developed a wide range of HIGH VACUUM PUMPING SYSTEMS for both laboratory and industrial use. These systems are  manufactured  in  4  standard  models  VS-65D, VS-75D, VS-114D,  VS-150D, VS-250D and are suitable for the most of the vacuum applications.

HINDHIVAC also offers VS-350, VS-500 & special Vacuum Pumping Systems as per customer specifications. The standard Vacuum Pumping Systems consists of HINDHIVAC Rotary Vacuum Pump (ED Series), Diffusion pumps (OD Series) and other hardware like valves, baffles, collar, gauge and plumbing lines etc., fully integrated and wired. Special Vacuum Pumping Systems are offered with Rotary Pumps, Root Pumps & Diffusion pumps or combination as per customer requirements.

The HINDHIVAC Vacuum Pumping Systems, are trolley mounted for easy movement, are capable of achieving an ultimate  vacuum of10 -6  m.bar. Liquid nitrogen trap (optional) is to minimize the back-streaming of oil vapors, and ensures clean and better ultimate vacuum of 10-6 m.bar range. The vacuum pumping systems are fitted with Pirani Gauge to measure the roughing and backing vacuum & Penning gauge for measuring the high vacuum.
