Manually Operated Air Admittance Valves are designed and manufactured for admitting air into the vacuum chamber or pipeline to break vacuum. These valves can be mounted on panels or at any other convenient point as per the customers requirement.

Butterfly Valve

Butterfly valves are the most efficient and reliable sealing Isolation valve mechanism under high vacuum working conditions. A vacuum seal provided around the plate periphery in the main body of the valve ensures fail proof working of the valve. For efficient working of the valve it is advised to ensure that the sealing plates are facing atmosphere.

Butterfly Valves are of small in terms of thickness which ensures easy and faster passage for air and gases and are ideally suited for "In-line" isolation purpose. Though the butterfly valve is not intended to be used as an independent valve, it is widely used as a Baffle Valve in union with a chevron baffle at the top of a Diffusion Pump. These Butterfly Valves are offered in stainless steel SS-304 non-magnetic AISI quality high carbon steel chromium plated construction and they can be manually or pneumatically operated as per customer choice.

Chevron Baffle

HINDHIVAC Chevron Baffles are used above the oil Diffusion pump to trap the back streaming of oil-vapor from oil diffusion pump . The design of the Chevron baffle is such that, it has maximum conductance and is optically opaque for effective condensing of oil vapor. The Baffles are fabricated with copper are normally water cooled. The body is made of stainless steel and inside baffles are fabricated out of copper. This baffle is offered in water cooled model. Also refrigeration cooled baffle can be manufactured for special applications.

Precision Needle Valve

Precision Needle Valve is compactly designed by HINDHIVAC with reliable single seal and replaceable needle seating. Nickel plated assembly valve is fitted with a finely ground stainless steel needle. A measuring dial with clear marking of 100 equal divisions denoting 0-3000cc (6 to 7 turns of the needle), are mounted on the valve. The flow rate is maintainable at 10^-6 torr against the atmosphere. Specially grounded Stainless Steel needle and the high precision bore of the body ensures repeatable and constant flow rates.

Isolation Valve

HINDHIVAC Solenoid Air-Admittance-cum-Isolation Valves are manufactured to use with rotary pump. This valve is mounted at the intake of the rotary pump to isolate the job and to admit the air to the pumps thus avoiding back migration of the rotary pump oil. These valves are made in sizes of 12mm (SAV 12), 25mm (SAV 25), 50mm (SAV 50) as a standard product. These can be fitted to the Rotary Vacuum Pumps.
