The quintessence of Herbal India Phytochem is its extract manufacturing unit located in North India. This unit is entirely built on the standards of WHO GMP. This ensures high stands of quality in all our extracts. The manufacturing unit is spread over 161500 square feet while the raw material processing units located in west of India are spread over 145000 square feet to ensure adequate supplies at all times.

• The facility also conforms to the certifications like ISO-9001*, ISO-14000* and ISO-18000 OHSAS.

The manufacturing unit is equipped with following major facilities

• The infrastructure is entirely built on the standards laid down by WHO GMP.

• State of the art high performance machinery & equipments. Capable of processing 3000 Mt of raw material per annum.

• Complete Stainless steel extraction structure.

• Fully air-conditioned production unit.

• Four ultra large precipitation units.

• Two filter presses with capacity of 1500 Lts per hour.

• Two Glass assembly distillation units.

• Spray dryer and rotary dryer.

• High capacity condensation and air compression units.

• Three high capacity pulverizers.

• Three high performance blenders and multimills and many more.

Herbal India Phytochem maintains dedicated departments for Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Research & Development. This ensures that all the activities remain in accordance with certifications we claim.  

Quality Assurance department plays a vital role maintain Quality by ensuring the all the rules and regulations are implemented at times from raw material sourcing to finished goods packaging. Our QA officers are well experience and trained to ensure the implementation of WHO GMP and maintain high standards of quality.  

Quality control laboratories which are well equipped with high-end contemporary analytical equipments like:
