The Rotational Molding & Paste Extrusion with Interference Fit Lining is specifically used for designing Teflon lined products in an apt manner. All the machines installed at our units are managed with utmost care and cleaned regularly to ensure effective production. Owing to 2000 unit of installed capacity, we are able to meet the bulk requirement of clients. Moreover, we conduct Hydraulic Pneumatic & High Voltage Spark Tests as per relevant International standards like ASTM F1545, BS EN 12266-1&2(2003)/BS EN 6755, API 598. for our of Teflon (PTFE, FEP, PFA) lined valves, pipes, fitting and other GLR accessories.
Our entire range of PTFE lined products has minimum 3mm thickness for providing maximum protection against permeation & environmental stress cracking (ESC). We ensure that all the PTFE Lined Fittings maintain vacuum resistance, leading to minimum effect of gas or vapor diffusion. |
