This new plant is set in a large industrial area with modern manufacturing facilities. The amenities present in this plant facilitate handling highly complex and hazardous chemicals with utmost safety. Our plant has installed distillation equipment with a capacity, ranging from 20 liters to 1600 liters, including glass and SS. The facility is designed to utilize 7000 liters of distillation units with batch volume upto 1600 liters. Our facility is a 'zerodischarge', environment friendly plant with technologically advanced facilities and sophisticated quality control equipment. Dealing in chemicals and culture medium requires well focused research and development work. For this we have a separate R&D department, which works ceaselessly to touch new milestones. In order to stock the bulk of laboratory chemicals, cleaning agent and culture media, we have built a capacious warehouse. Spread over a large area, our warehouse has all the required amenities to store the products securely. The floor area is well segregated to stock the products as per their categories. Moreover, the place is kelp hygienic and sterilized in order to prevent biological or chemical contamination. Provision for internal temperature control helps us in keeping the products safe.

• Prices: The prices offered are net, subject to change without prior notice. Invoice will be made on the basis of prices ruling on date of dispatch of goods. The prices are unit prices inclusive of excise duties and CESS Central or VAT, OCTROI charges, other duties and levies will be charged extra as and when applicable.
• Delivery: A single order of the value of Rs. 9,000/- net or more will be supplied F.O.R. destinations by road transport. If the goods are supplied by courier/parcel or passenger trains 50% of the postage/freight will be charged extra. While every effort is made to adhere to delivery dates, no responsibility shall be accepted for non-delivery or any delays. Items offered ex-stock are subject to goods being unsold on the date of receipt of order. Where value of goods dispatched is less than Rs. 9,000/- net freight will be charged extra. Where it is not possible to know exact freight in advanced, the goods will be sent on “Freight to Pay” basis.
• Damage or Loss/ Shortage: All products are packed with utmost care & forwarded at customer's risk. No claim for shortage / breakage, delay or damage will be entertained after the goods have left our premises. No goods should be returned without prior written consent. Products should be stored in required conditions protected from temperature, humidity etc.
• Amendment/ Cancellation: No amendment or cancellation of orders will be accepted once the goods have been packed for dispatched.
• Insurance: Consignment can be insured at buyers request and at their cost, if instruction in this behalf are received with order. Insurance Charges are normally 1.5% of the invoice value.
