Himalya has four complimenting production units at its 25-Acre complex.

The Company has established strict HACCP procedures for its products.

The company places maximum emphasis on quality, from the choice of spawns, through each step to the finished product. Quality starts from fields, where only selected vegetables & the company's field staff procure fruits and vegetable . In addition the firm's own agronomist work continuously with farmers and seed suppliers to ensure that the best materials are grown and the proper spraying programs are maintained in a rigorous manner.

Himalya has a modern quality control laboratory manned by qualified and experienced food technologies and microbiologists.

The Company has USFDA approval and the FCE registration for its canned mushrooms and a Kosher certificate for all its products.

All the processing plants are state of the art equipments sourced from the world leaders in respective fields. Himalya’s Plants are GMP/HACCP certified. We have established strict HACCP procedures that ensure the highest standards of hygienic processing. From the spawn for mushrooms, to the handling of the finished package, product quality is never compromised. We have the in-house separate labs to check the quality of all inputs, goods in process and Microbiology testing of finished products released for dispatch. The company’s team of technicians and microbiologists constantly test the products to ensure this level of excellence.

The company, which started as an export unit has recently decided to enter domestic market to capture the burgeoning Indian market. For Overseas customers, Himalya provides 24x7 support from its dedicated Back Office. Representatives ready to answer any questions and deal with any concern are ever present.
