The company has a Public Private Partnership with Biotech Park, Lucknow and has access to the infrastructure and facilities available at Biotech Park for production of bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides. Biotech Park is also our Technical Partner and we work in very close collaboration with the scientific fraternity. The scientific expertise at Biotech Park in the area of bio-fertilizer, bio-pesticides, plant tissue culture and Jatropha is available to the company.
Hindustan Bioenergy Ltd. has at its disposal two fermentors of 500 liters each and another fermentor of 200 liters in which various biofertilizers are produced.
The company has developed in-house, on line real time computer software for forward planning of production schedule to meet market demands as well as monitoring daily production schedule and generating MIS reports.
The company has highly motivated Ph.D. and M.Sc. personnel who man the production facility. They are supported by highly enthusiastic and hardworking staff who are ever willing to give better productivity both in qualitative and quantitative terms.
This facility is being used for production of banana, sugarcane and potato mini-tubers for Indian market.
The company also produces elite, high yielding, high oil containing planting material of Jatropha for production of biodiesel. The expeller for extraction of Jatropha oil has already been commissioned. |
