This door consists of the shutter, frame, overlay, half pillar, top panel, canopy, overhang and the crown panel. The door shutter consists of 36 panels, which are plain. The frame and overlay are moulded and simple . The half pillars are carved at the base and have corbels at the top in the shape of parrots . The canopy has banana flowers hanging from it signifying prosperity. The canopy holds the top crown, which is intricately carved with designs of elephants and creepers. The top panel consists of floral work, elephant and lions.

The door used to be made mostly of neem and mango, as this was considered auspicious for the inhabitants of the house. The structure consisted of three parts namely, the vasapadi (frame), kadavu (shutter) & alankaram (top panel and overlay). The frame was solid timber and was as big as the beams that were used to support the house.

We design carved wooden door in teak wood single shutter of size 84" (height) x 42" (width) and standard thickness of 1½". This door is designed around a sword, which acts as a handle to open and close the door. This door consists of flower vases on the top and the bottom panels and a hibiscus flower on the central panel which has the holding the sword super imposed on straw mat motif. The door is bordered all around with brass studs in ethnic style. This door can be made to order in any size and the designs can be changed to match the requirement of the customer. The finish of the door is in Natural glossy polyurethane coating which provides this door an elegant look.

We manufacture floral engraving wooden door in teak wood single shutter of size 79" (height) X 39" (width) and standard thickness of 1½ ". This door is a modern design with minimal carving work. It consists of 15 panels both square and rectangle with only the central panel having light floral engraving. The internal rails are molded and the external stiles contain carving of a creeper on four corners. This door has beautiful beading work on the rear side also.

This interior wooden door is available in size of size 84" (height) X 42” (width) and standard thickness of 1½". This door is made using slats of wood joined with a tongue and groove and is planed with grooves running from top to bottom at equal intervals. These doors can be used for study children area, bar and lounges etc. This door can be made to order in any size and the designs can be changed to match the requirement of the customer.
