Introduction

Incepted in the year 1968, Hi-Tech International (Regd.) is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of special purpose machines such as boring machines, multi spindle drilling machine, vertical milling machines, copy turning machines, cnc turning machine, centering machines, drilling tapping machine, universal milling machines, and many more. These machines are well acclaimed for their features including application specific design, high tensile strength and good performance. These SPM’s are extensively used in sewing machines, heavy duty compressors, two-wheeler industry and general engineering industry.

The company was established by Mr. S. Jagjit Singh Gahir (CEO& MD), under the guidance of his father Mr. S.Amrik singh Gahir. Now, Mr. S.Gurjinder Singh Gahir, the son of MD assists him in all the activities of the company. The leadership and the hard work of our mentors have helped us to achieve consistent growth in the industry. We have developed a skilled team, under their guidance that assists us in all our endeavors to acquire utmost customer satisfaction.

Their extensive researches also help us to check whether there is any defect in the existing SPMs, to eliminate it and develop new machines. Their researches are mainly focused in the areas such as design, raw material used for the production and manufacturing process.     

The new development is analyzed with respect to the current resources of the company. After ensuring its feasibility and effectiveness to make improvement in our SPMs, they suggest it to the concerned department for implementation in the production process.


State-of-the-Art Infrastructure
We have an advanced manufacturing unit, which enables us to develop our special purpose machines with high quality standards. The unit is spread over a large area and has sufficient production capacity. Most of our machines are auto cycle controlled pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC and servo motors. We also use auto cycle machines controlled with mechanical systems and manual operated to make cost effective SPMs to meet client’s demands. There is an in-house design unit to assist the manufacturing unit. Following are some of the machines used in our unit:
