We offer Lined/coated Nutsche Filters which can be designed as per the needs of the individual. They are manufactured using Carbon Steel and stainless steel construction with HALAR Coating to all contact parts. The various types of filters available with us are:

A) – Pressure filter

B) - Vacuum filter

They have different cake capacity from 25 ltrs to 500 ltrs & mother liquor holding capacity from 25 ltrs to 1000 ltrs.

Special features :

• Top cover: The Top cover with swing bolts / I bolts helps in easy opening / closing of the lid.

• On the request of the customers they can be be provided with DAVIT Arm or hydraulic system.

• Filter can also be mounted with antiskid wheels and brakes.

• Toughened glasses are provided as sight glass / light glass to provide a clear view level of cake as well as mother liquor.

• Depending upon operating conditions, any Fluoropolymer coating is available.

These heat exchangers are used for handling highly corrosive chemicals. They have excellent thermal conductivity & increased safety compared to glass. These materials have highest thermal conductivity –5 times that of stainless steel, 10 times that of hastelloy, titanium & 15 times that of glass. Graphite heat exchangers are impregnated with phenolic resin so it has restricted chemical resistance from –20Deg.c to 170Deg.C & suitable upto 4 kg / cm² pressure. It is economical than glass for the same heat transfer duty. 

Silicon Carbide Heat Exchanger : Tubes are not impregnated so does not contaminate process ingredients & is suitable for API manufacturing form –70 to 300ºC. It is suitable upto 150 kg / cm² pressure. It is food confirming. It is economical than Hastelloy, Incolloy or Titanium for the same heat transfer duty. It is not suitable for alkali & fluorinated chemicals. These heat exchangers are having the highest heat transfer coefficient. Hence compared to glass, they requires ¼ heat transfer area & compared to Hastelloy, Incolloy or titanium, they require 1/3 heat transfer area, Compared to SS they required 1/2 heat transfer area.

PFA Coated U Tube Heat Exchanger is designed in the same way as conventional steel Shell & Tube exchanger. These exchangers are available in shell dial 150 NB to 600 NB and provide heat transfer area of 1.5m² to 24 m². They are suitable in temperature from - 100Deg.C up to maximum 200Deg.c.

The outside of each tube has a PFA Coating of 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick. The compactness and low cost of the new PFA Coated exchanger make these ideal for corrosive media when metallic materials are very expensive. They can be used as liquid / liquid heat exchangers, evaporator or condensers, and mounted vertically or horizontally. Without its shell, U tube bundle can also be used in a reactor as combined baffle and heat transfer unit.

These heat exchangers are having higher heat transfer coefficient. Hence compared to glass they require ½ heat transfer area.

These different tanks manufactured by us are designed as per standard capacity from 50 liters to 3000 liters. They are available in different designs like can be flanged end or mono block design in CS or stainless steel construction with Fluoropolymer coating. Depending upon the operating condition they are available in different designs. They may be having jacket for heating or cooling requirement.

We manufacture solid HDPE/PP Storage Tank in following types.
SPIRAL WOUND - Fabricated Tanks from 100 liters to 50,000 liters capacity.
ROTOMOULDED - Seamless, one piece tanks from 150 liters to 20000 liters capacity. These tanks can be vertical or horizontal mounting. They have flat or conical ends as per customer requirement. They are having standard accessories like Manhole cover, Nozzles, Vent pipe, etc.

 We also manufacture Reaction Vessel/Mixer in PP/HDPE construction where heat transfer is not required through jacket. Heat Transfer is done either inserting U tube bundle from Top or circulating the reaction mass through external heat exchanger. Reaction Vessel is vertical cylindrical shape with conical bottom & flattop. Agitator is CS/PP-HDPE lined either anchor, impeller or pitched blade type.

 Temp. Range : -30º C to 90º C They are economical than stainless steel or FRP, seamless easy to clean, strong - maintenance from light weight - easy to handle & install.

These antistatic / electro conductive coated basket are conductive through out it''s layers in electrical resistance 10e 6-7 Ω / sq. If any static charge is generated it will dissipate in less than 0.1 sec. These coatings are also available in food compatible grade. The various coatings are ec- HALAR, ec-ETFE & ec-PFA. USFDA & British safety councils insist to provide these coatings to process equipment for their approval. Thus it provides safety to process, plants & human being. These coating are also used in reactive vessels, centrifuges. Distillation column filters. Transfer lines of solvents, pipe, fittings & valves. These coatings are economical than exotic metal like hastelloy, titanium etc.

PTFE lined Piping Systems offered by is constructed with as per ASTM standards 1545. WE use A106 Gr.B./ stainless Steel-SA-240 seamless sch 40 pipe with 3 mm min take of PTFE Lining as for manufacturing of the products.

These pipes are supplied with fixed flanges on one end & loose rotating flanges on other end. Application from full vacuum to up to maxim 20kg / sq.cm & -30Deg. to 230Deg.c. These piping comes with PTFE / FEP / PFA lined fittings like 45Deg. & 90Deg. Bend, equal & unequal tee, concentric & eccentric reducers, cross. Reducing flanges, spacers, sight glass & valves.
