Established at Noida, in the year 1993, our company is a well established company comprising of modern infrastructure facility and latest machinery, which helps to manufacture quality products later used for packaging of different products. Our manufacturing plant is constructed under the total plot area of 1000 sq. m. Whole hearted effort our dedicated working professionals have lead us to the annual turnover of Rs. 600 Lacs.

Our production line comprises of Procurement unit, storage unit, manufacturing unit and packaging unit.

Quality

Our products go through rigorous quality process at manufacturing unit before they are deliver to our clients. We have in-house testing equipments to check for designed parameters at every production stage. Different innovative methods of our qualified personnel as well as valuable suggestions of our clients is successfully incorporated to give shape to the finished products and ensure that they meet the desired performance and durability standards. These test are conducted at regular interval, in each manufacturing lot and before dispatching the consignment to the clients.

Further our products goes under different type of test like, G.S.M., size, treatment, clarity, bond strength, curing and colour matching.

Raw Materials

Excellent quality of raw materials is used to manufacture these pet packaging films. Different raw materials used are Polyester Film, Aluminium Foil, Paper, Multilayer Film, Inks, Adhesive, H.D.P.E. Fabric, C.P.P., BOPP Film etc. The source of these raw materials are Flex Industries, Micro Inks, CAC, Indal etc.

This plain Poly Ethylene Terephthalate (PET) or polyester is most commonly associated with a material from which cloth and high- performance clothing are produced. These pet is most commonly used polymers in the world. It is used in a variety of products. In its plastic form it is used to manufacture microwave wrap, packaging and numerous types of film including capacitor grade.

We have modern packaging machinery and experienced packaging personnel, who are capable of bulk packaging and individual packaging. Our packaging unit have the provision of manual packaging and machine packaging.
