Incepted in 1972 and promoted under the brand name “Falcon”, we have achieved great competence in these 35 years. Set up by Mr. M.L. Gupta, HiTech has become a trusted name in both electrical and electronic field. 	Product Profile We have designed and developed products after intensive research and analysis so as to meet the urgent demands of our clients. We have employed electrical and electronic engineers who are highly proficient and can easily provide solutions to withstand the industrial requirements. Our range includes Audio Video Cables, Co-axial Cables, Control Cables, House Wiring, Coil Cords, Screened Cables, Telephone and Data Cables, Power Cable, Moulded Plugs and Auto Cable Harness. Manufactured using superior quality raw materials, which are procured from reliable sources, our products are widely used in both national and international markets. They can easily withstand the temperature variations and are highly durable. Developed with competence and excellence, our products completely meet the expectations of our clients.


	Quality Our products are quality assured after extensive internal inspection. Certified as an ISO 901:2000, we have appointed a team of quality analysts to keep a strict vigil on the quality of the products being manufactured right from procurement of raw materials to the post production stage. Our analysts ensure that all the raw materials are procured from reliable vendors in order to avoid any defect in the final product. Our quality experts conduct extensive tests on various factors to ensure that not even one defective piece leaves the factory premises. The quality control inspectors supervise the production process so that the products meet the international standards in quality. We have a testing lab as per IS 694 and 6538-1971. We also have the facility to check screen cable / coaxial cable.


	Manufacturing Facility We have a work area of 10,000 Sq. ft., and office area of 1080 sq. ft. With a total area of 2100 Sq. yard and covered area of 34,000 Sq. ft., we have a highly spacious manufacturing unit. We have installed a power back up having a generator capacity of 125 KVA so that the production process is not hampered even in case of power failure. We have a PVC manufacturing unit, which can easily produce PVC for wires of consistent quality. We have set up our production facility, which is equipped with all the latest and highly modernized machines. Extruders, bunchers with high speed, laying machines, lapping machines, bobbins, braiding and shielding machines, tapping machines, automatic and semi automatic injection moulding machines, coil cord coiling machines, coil cord ovens, videojet inkjet printing machines are some of the machinery installed. With the assistance of our machine and manpower, we have achieved a production capacity of 5 million meters per month.


	Our Technology We use the latest technology which reduces the rejection level at all stages and improves the productivity of machines. The technology, we use includes: • A.C. frequency drive for extruders and motor • For accurate measurement: Electronic counter meter • Electronic clutch • For laser printing on cables: Video Jet machine imported from USA • For moulding: Hydraulic moulded machines • Wire cut machine imported from Taiwan for accurate high speed cutting, stripping and twisting • For joint of copper wire: Cold welding machine
