Centrifugal Blower

Centrifugal Blower
Forced Draught Blower:

These are generally direct type wherein the casings are fabricated from heavy gauge mild steel sheets and structurals.The impeller is carefully balanced, statically and dynamically to obtain a perfectly vibration free running.  The inlet to the blower is generally open to atmosphere but provided with safety cover.  Easy removal of the impeller for maintenance purposes is felicitated by providing large inlet cover on the inlet side. Available in various sizes and capacities.

Induced Draught Blower:

These are high volumetric but low pressure generally used to handle hot gases or hot air. Below 80 deg cent, the blowers may be direct driven type, but above this they are either belt driven or driven through flexible couplings. It can be supplied in M S and S S construction. Mild steel is suitable for working up to 300 deg cent, whereas with SS construction, they can be used up to 600 deg cent with V-belt or flexible drive, and with water cooled bearings they can work satisfactorily at as high as 1000 deg cent.The impellers are in welded construction and they are statically and dynamically balanced. Drain out plugs and cleaning doors can be incorporated whenever required.

BURNER HEAD

The Auto Switch Dual Fuel Burners embody the best features of both Gas and Oil Burners. The Burner is Supplied with a dual gas and oil combustion head giving the burner the capability of firing on either fuel. The burner management system to change from one fuel to another is operated by a switch. The oil combustion head is an advanced design of flame plate with accurate adjustment for centering of nozzles and electrodes etc. The gas combustion head is advanced design utilizing staged mixing and turbulence. A stainless steel convergent flame tube gives accurate flame shape control through maximum use of saving energy and axial aerodynamic head loss adjustment.

OIL PUMPING UNIT

An Oil pumping unit supplies the oil to the burner at the preset pressure for the automization of fuel oil, A heater is incorporated along with circulation system in case of furnace oil application. A filter precedes the pump for the filtering of fuel

GAS TRAIN

A Gas train properly sized for minimum pressure loss comprises of Main shut off ball valve, Gas filters, Gas pressure switch, Secondary Stage pressure regulators, Press gauges, Safety gas solenoid valves, Orifice valve, Slow opening motorized gas valve works as the gas supply to the burner in set and safe mode.

CONTROL PANEL

An Electrical control panel prewired with the electrical components for the blower, oil pump, etc. A Fuel Changeover switch changes the fuel from oil to gas and vice versa. An U V Based sequence controller works as the automatic system of the burner. A flame failure safety alarm is energized in case of any abnormality of flame.

An U V Cell supervises the oil and gas flame and operates the burner in safe condition.

Firegas Burner are used on almost any kind of industrial furnace, ovens, air heaters, klins, etc. FIREGAS is a nozzle mix burner which provides medium velocity flames with wide air/fuel ratio and turndown flexibility. FIREGAS Burner is made of cast iron bodies with gas connection to give steady and reliable proven performance. FIREGAS air tube are of Stainless steel material, for higher temperature application, it is Inconel. FIREGAS burner have an observation port in the back of gas connection and a provision for pilot and flame detector.
 
Firegas are also operated fully automatically with auto ignition system and FIRE-EYE sequence controller with Ionisation Rod/UV Cell as the flame supervisor. Also works as a High/Low/On/Off or PID controlled with the incorporation of flame controller.

 
 

Gas Ovens

Hi-Therm designs manufactures and supply hot air industrial ovens for drying, curing and process heating applications. 
Ovens are double walled constructed creating air pressurised passage with vertical hot air or cross air flow system for uniform temperature. Based on the size and application, oven can be provided with single / double hinged doors and trolleys can be designed on the product application. Proper insulation is done to avoid heat losses and maintain outside ambient temperature Heat could be generated by means of electric or infrared heaters / steam / thermic fluid / oil / gas fired system. Since gaseous fuel provides clean hot air, we can have a direct fired chamber whereas oil fired system should be indirect design.
 
  • The photograpgh shown is a curing oven wherein the heating media is GB series monobloc fully automatic gas burner attached to a heat exchanger. The burner runs on LPG / Piped Natural Gas.  
  • The Heat Exchanger is fitted on the top of the oven to generate the heat and pass the same from heat exchanger to heating chamber. The total fuel consumption varies depending upon the size & the working temperature. The construction of the heat exchanger is done from thick gauge SS304.  
  • Gas burner is a fully automatic model having auto ignition , fuel control and flame sensing system. Gas is supplied through a pressure regulator, pressure gauge and stop valve attached to the burner.  
  • A powerful centrifugal circulating fan provides vertical hot air blowing system with effective heat transfer and uniform temperature to the working area.  
  • The control panel shown houses all the electrical drives for the system. Requisite contactor, relays, switches, indicating lamps etc are prewired to operate the circulating blower and the burner. A digital temperature indicator cum controller operates the system fully automatically under safe condition at the set temperature.  
  • Oven is completely assembled and prewired with above operating units to facilitate simple and prompt installation on supply.  
  • Various type and size of ovens are available to suit industry and its application.

LAP Burners has been designed to operate & burn light & heavy grades of fuel oils using only low pressure air and oil. Perfect oil atomisation is obtained without the use of compressed air or high pressure oil. The heavy oil needs to be preheated to obtain the correct viscosity before being passed through the burner.

PUMPING FILTERING UNITS

PFU provides filtered and at preset pressure the light fuel oil like LDO, HSD etc to the furnaces, kilns, ovens, dryers, boilers etc.  Presized and completely assembled on a skid, PFU are ready for connection to on-site fuel supply and electrical power. Depending upon process application, simplex and duplex units are available.  It comprises of motorized fuel pumps, filters, pressure regulators, valves, gauges etc to form a ring main systems.

HEATING PUMPING FILTERING UNITS

HPFU are designed to supply heavy fuel oil like furnace oil, LSHS etc to the burner at a predetermined constant temperature and pressure required for efficient combustion.  The principal components are immersion type electric heater, motorized rotary gear oil pump, oil filters, pressure regulators, etc duly interpiped for the operation. Burner Head

B Series - High / Low/ On/ Off Model Employs two nozzles and hydraulically operated rapid response of air dampers which regulates the combustion air at each firing rare.. A unique system of hinged type maintenance door gives access to the combustion head for inspection and maintenance. Two stage operation automatically bring the burner to low fire status once the desired temperature/pressure is attained and regulates output between the high and low fire set points, depending upon the demands of the system.

A series - On/Off model are suitable for low firing capacity. Built-in blower alongwith oil pump with head makes it a compact model enabling it to used on small air heaters, ovens etc where space is a constraint.

 

Blower


The air required for the combustion of fuel oil is provided by the blower. A floor / flange mounted fan provides the air supply for the system. It has a rectangular outlet which is flanged and drilled for bolting onto the burner head. The air is controlled through a regulator located on the suction side.

Heating Pump Unit

HPFU are designed to supply fuel oil to the burner at a predetermined constant temperature and pressure required for efficient combustion. The principal components are electric heater which is in an immersion type, motorized rotary gear oil pump, oil filters, pressure gauges duly interpiped for the fuel control to the burner. All the above components are neatly placed and piped on a common base tray making it compact and coordinated space saving design.

Electrical Control Panel

The control panel is built into a free standing/wall mounted cabinet which incorporates a sequence controller, starters for the fan, fuel pump, and heater. All components are prewired, input and output circuits being grouped for ease on onward connection.
