We are  one of the leading manufactures of DWC pipes. We are manufacturing   this product  since last 1 year. Our product is CE Certified and we are manufacturing it as per IS-14930 Part II. The main raw material used to manufacture this pipe is HDPE ( High Density Polyethelene). The main  purpose of our DWC pipe is to protect the underground cables . Any kind of electrical, telecom or optical fibre cables can be passed through these ducts. As cable are of different sizes these ducts are also manufactured in different sizes. Once laid down these pipes there is no need to change or replace these pipes for years to come. Hence cable can be protected for years without any disturbance or breakage. These pipes have proved its mettle over the metal, hume, and concrete pipes as they are light in weight and easy to lay and are even cost effective.

 Other important applications and technical specifications:

 The inner wall of the duct is smooth which facilitates easy insertion of cables. It can be manufactured in coil form also. We reccend going for coils in small sizes as they are easy to transport. Bigger sizes also coil cab be given but it is not advisable as it becomes very bulky and is difficult to transport the same as it occupies a lot of space. Therefore we give 6 mts bar in big sizes.

 These pipes are widely used in all departments of India like CPWD, PWD’s, Mumcipal Corporations, Indian Railway, Airport Authority Of India, big government contractors such as Gammon India, L &T etc.

 These pipes are preferred over conventional methods of laying bricks or using conventional pipes. It has higher ring stiffness and crush resistance capacity compared to polymer plain pipes.

1)      Anti Rodency: These pipes can be made anti rodent if you require it in order to avoid rodent attacks.

2)      Non Flame Propagating properties: These pipes can be made fire retardant too. This will act as a resistance to flame propagating.
