We are into manufacturing of DWC pipes from Inner Dia 32mm--Inner Dia 63mm repectively. These pipes are used in ducting for underground cables .Any kind of electrical,telecom or optical fibre cables can be passed thr this pipes. These pipes are preferred over conventional piupes as it has higher ring stiffness and crush resistance capacity compared to plain polymer pipes.These pipes has very good resistances to corrosion, chemically inert, enviromentally safe, has good impact strenght, good abrasion resistance, Weathering is less and is recyclable.Advantage due to DWC Dorrugation is due to its smooth inner wall there is minimum friction loss. Even when the pipe is bent the roundness of the pipe is retained.These pipes can take a heavy earth loads and it can be easy jointed.These pipes can be jointed in Various ways like snapfit coupler with rubber ring, heat shrink sleeves, butt welding, split coupler and compression couplers. Fittings available for the pipes are end caps, bend tees reducers, spacers etc.These pipes are also made anto rodent to avoid rodent attacks, flame retardant and permanetly lubricated slicone inner layer , with extra smooth inner layer to facilitate blowing optical fibrecable.
