(Head of Engineering), Development and Maintenance joining another renowned company Metro Tyres Ltd. in the year 1992. There, he got an opportunity to take training from Continental Germany. He had been a part of the highly innovative team involved in making high-end machinery in Metro Tyres Ltd. and he was the only person who knew the technical developments in the industry of auto and cycle tyre plants which he had got from his paternal ancestors.
 
Finally, he started his own firm as HMG High Tech Tyre Machinery & Consultancy.
