Polyurethane is a new wonder material which combines the strength of plastic and elasticity of rubber. P.U. can sustain very high loads and higher hardness than rubber. Unlike rubber, polyurethane does not take part in weathering or chemical actions under normal condition and does not disintegrate easily. Life expectancy of Polyurethane is very high. Due to these unique properties, polyurethane springs and pads are ideally suited Press Tools, Jigs, Fixtures, Conveyors, Machine Tools, etc., where the action of stripping, forming, damping, cushioning, resting or rolling are involved. We offer optimum performance, best results and longer life with selection of variety of applications.

Polyurethane Springs: Polyurethane Springs are available in Tubular as well as Rod form. The dimensional Ø16mm to Ø120mm. These are standard internal diameters, selected taking proper care of section area for maximum load bearing capacity.

Pads / Mats: The Pads and Mats are available in standard size where thickness ranges from 3mm to 40mm. Minimum size available in any thickness is 250mm x 250mm.

TPP Strippers: Turret Punch Press Strippers are used as strippers in high speed presses where the speed is 120 strokes/min. The high resilience of the material is made use of in this application.

Our Precision Piercing Punches

(Manufactured as per standards specified by IS:4296-1967) These precision punches are manufactured from suitably selected high speed steel (HSS) and special alloy steel (WPS). Punches are heat treated and triple tempered under strict quality control. The punches are precision ground to close tolerances and surface finish is maintained between 0.3 to 0.4 µm.

• Head hardness of punch - 45 Rc ± 5
• Shank hardness - 60±2 Rc (for WPS material)
• Shank hardness - 62±2 Rc (for H.S.S. Material)

Standard sizes are regularly manufactured, though special sizes step punches, step ejector pins and shapes can also be manufactured as per customer's requirements.

Black Nitrided Ejector Pins
(Manufactured as per DIN 1530-1972) They are manufactured from suitable selected alloy steel, Hot Die Steel (HDS) and Hot work tool steel; depending on customer's requirements. They are heat treated, tempered and precision ground to very close tolerances under strict quality control. The length of the ejector pin should be selected to suit particular mold or die. Ejector pins are manufactured from H.C.H.Cr. material, are hardened and tempered to 62±2 Rc. Hot work tool steel pins are hardened to 45±5 Rc., which can be further nitrided to attain surface hardness of 68 Rc.

Technologically and mechanically advanced, we manufacture wide variety of Toggle Clamps which are ideally used for holding the clamp that is used to carry out a piece of work in a stationary condition. Our precision engineered toggle clamps are mainly fixed to a bench or fixture or hand held for holding the work pieces together. Operated on a system of levers and pivots, we provide our customers toggle clamps that move against the workpiece, while the linkage of the toggle is stretched or compressed. We also provide locking system in our toggle clamps. Durable enough, it holds the workpiece firmly in its position until the user moves the handle to release the toggle. W also provide action toggle clamps that ensures fast action and put great force in relation with their size and can be used both as push and pull applications.

All steel Top and Bottoms are machined and grounded to an accuracy of 0.00025 - 0.0005. Pillar and bushes are made from good quality steel, hardened 58/60 Rc. and grounded to B.S. specifications.

Standard Die sets are manufactured to a very close limit, but where the nature of work requires extreme accuracy or where high speed presses are used, we recommend the use of our precision die sets fitted with ball bearing bushes.

Ball Bearing Bushes

Made from specially treated solid aluminum alloy, Ball bearing bushes are invaluable in high production presses where precision is vital. The close helical pattern of balls fitted in the cage is specially create to increase lubrication resulting in smooth, frictionless movement. This freedom of movement facilities are the accurate setting of punches and dies. Other applications for Ball bearing bushes are those involving moving loads freely over a distance as movement involving both linear and rotary motion.
