These tools are available in various sizes from ½” to 1 ¼” Width. Our tools are user friendly and have excellent reliability. We also provide advice and guidance for complete strapping system.

All our tools are easy to use and promise an excellent reliability. They are suitable for all types of steel strapping. Tools also include tensioners, sealers and cutters.

We can offer deburred smooth edge steel strapping in various grades and finishes.

Grades :

1. Medium Carbon High Tensile (HSHT) : This strapping is specially treated for heavy metal packing and it has high tensile and elongation.
2. Low Carbon High Tensile (HSR) : This strap is for general use where the tensile requirement is not very stringent.

Surface Finish :

1. Painted & Waxed : We can offer strapping painted in black / brown colour and finally suitably waxed and cured for smooth tension transmission.
2. Blued & Waxed : This is a “value for money” product from our stable. The final wax coating improves slipage while tensioning and ensures a longer shelf life.
3. Blue Tempered : This commercial quality product comes in shining blue finish.

This is a tailor-made product as per customer's size & specifications resulting in saving of material wastage & production costs.

We have our own cold rolling plant, wherein we produce cold rolled strips for in-house consumption and also for a bunch of sophisticated clients. We are leading suppliers to the Defense Department in India.

This is a recent addition to our manufacturing bouquet wherein we produce sheet metal components in various shapes and sizes. Any sort of forming, deep draw, blanking notching job can be undertaken. We use only best quality raw material as per specifications. Various surface finishes can be provided such as galvanising, phosphating, Zn/ Cr/ tin plating on the components as per customer requirement. Finish products undergo stringent quality checks as per drawing and specification.
