Introduction : HS 402 is two phase, bipolar PWM stepper motor drive; which uses hybrid power devices. It can be set to operate a Stepping Motor in Half steps or Full steps. The speed can be adjusted by varying input clock frequency. The torque – speed characteristics of the drive will depend upon the inductance of the motor selected. The input signals are optically isolated from the drive circuit.
