HE Horizontal Cylindrical high pressure surgical steam sterilizer suitable for working pressure of 22 psi (121°c temperature in mercury).

The chamber and jacket of this steriliser are made of 316-quality stainless steel sheet, duly argon welded having single stainless steel door. The outer cover, shooting rods, end ring, radial arms, steam generator (boiler) and its door also made of stainless steel. The unit will be mounted on painted mild steel tubular stand with stainless steel ground leveling flanges.
The equipment will be complete with standard fittings like Multiport valve, Safety valve, Pressure switch, Low water cut-off (Magnetic level switch). Compound gauge, Pressure gauge, Dial thermometer, Vacuum drier systems etc.
The steriliser will be suitable for electrical operation on 400/440 volts, 50 cycles, Ac supply with neutral. Electrical load : 9 kw.

HE Vertical high pressure steam sterilisers with outer cover, inner chamber and lid made of stainless steel. In two sizes to accomodate two dressing drums. Fitted with double safety valves, Electrically operated or on gas / kerosene.
This steriliser is a most versatile and very popular model specially designed and is ideally suitable for use in medium size general hospitals, surgical clinics and maternity homes.It has double chamber with outer jacket made out of S.S 304 plate and inner chamber made out of 316 stainless steel sheet. The body is well insulated and covered with stainless steel sheet. All joints are welded and hydraulically tested to withstand twice working pressure. The working pressure is 22 lbs psi.. The lid is dome shaped and is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet. Strong wing nuts are provided to tighten the lid. The steriliser is fitted with pressure gauge, two safety valves : 1.Spring loaded 2. Dead weight (Gravity operated). These valves are so adjusted and arranged that incase the former fails, the later will function. The spring loaded safety valve is adjusted to 22 lbs and will blow off the excess steam and maintain the pressure near constant at 22 lbs psi. The steriliser is also fitted with water inlet valve, (funnel), Steam exhaust valve and water level gauge glass and stem coke. All fittings are made of Stainless Steel. The legs are made of best quality castings and powder Coated.

This modern Surgical Operating table, made in India, provides various surgical positions namely, Trendelenberg, Reverse Trendelenberg, Straight, Back, Foot, Lateral Tiles of approx. 20" (both sides) and chair for surgeries involving Thoracic, Abdominal, Thyroid, Gall bladder, Kidney, Gynaecological, Perineal, E.N.T., Proctology, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery and such other specialized and general surgeries. The Anesthesiologist can control and manipulate the table top to give all above mentioned surgical positions by turning detachable handle from the side of the table.

The table has hydraulic pup mechanism. The size of table top is 20" x 72" approx. and can be elevated or lowered from a minimum of approx. 29" inches height to a maximum of approx. 37" inches. The pump with table top is raised or lowered by means of a foot pedal fitted at the right hand side of the base. The table top can be locked at any height between the prescribed minimum and maximum as the hydraulic lift is controlled by the foot pedal. A kidney bridge is provided which can be raised or lowered.
