Mobile Medical Services

This department identifies and manufactures furniture and medical support systems that go into the making of a hospital, like hospital beds, tables chairs and various other support systems used in cabins, O.T or the stores. We can design, fabricate or modify medical aids like walkers, crutches or special trolleys which might be needed for specific needs of a trauma care unit, a burn unit or a female ward, like a specially designed toilet seat and support for the old or retarded. Our strength in this area comes from our industrial design department which has been involved in designing and developing various products ranging from high tech safety scalpel, to specialized tools, machines, and custom made electro mechanical equipments made from materials ranging from plastics to aluminum castings and sheet metals.

This particular project of the company has been developed keeping in mind the requirements of the defense forces of the country as well as that of the government bodies/ health related organizations/ NGO's with allied requirements. The mobile hospitals are available in ISO 20 feet containers. The containers are composed of steel with a heavy-duty profiled external finish. They are modular in nature and can be assembled in various configurations depending on the requirement.

Our mobile OT and clinics are projects that have been developed keeping in mind the requirements of the defense forces of the country as well as that of the government bodies/ health related organizations/ NGO's with allied requirements. Our floating hospitals have been designed and manufactured under strict quality control procedures, as a result these products successfully compete in quality, with similar products of international brands. We have supplied our spatially designed units to NGO's who have appreciated our range.

We are offering services of mobile field hospitals that have various applications including disaster relief, civil application and also in the field of military. These have been designed to suit various types of medical applications and end use and are available in the following options:

• Containerized hospitals using ISO 20 Ft containers.
• Tents based hospitals having a mix of containers and tents.

They are further categorized into different classes, offering wider variety to the concerned clients.

Hi Tech Ambulances are based on a raised-roof Mercedes or Toyota Haise van that features a spacious interior with all the attention to details. The interior surfaces of the unit are made from aluminum extrusions and other thermoplastic material. It offers you economy with all the quality and reliability required for ambulances used in difficult terrain. We can fully customize the interior components to meet the specific requirements of the customers.

UNDP recommended CSSR-MFR kit which is a medical kit designed to provide medical relief to victims of disaster. Our rescue kits have been designed and put together to be used in times of disaster, calamity or accidents. CSSR kit is a collapsed structure search and rescue kit that is used to rescue victims trapped under building debris, it contains medical and engineering tools for cutting and removing debris.

One of the major problems that exist today is inadequate health care. This is due to various factors including inadequate transportation, lack of medical facilities and high cost of permanent medical facilities. The realization that 1/5 of the world's population lives on or beside waterways gave rise to the idea of a mobile clinic capable of negotiating these shallow waters. Thus, the medical boat was conceived.

It is highly mobile with moderate range, shallow draft, and completely self-contained for rural use. The desired treatment, modality and size restrictions imposed by the shallow waters make specific medical care on individual boats more practical and efficient than combining multiple treatment options. We thus provide medical boats offering several types of medical care such as dental, general medical, ob-gyn, eye care, and general health screening. Each boat is equipped with the supplies and equipment necessary for the medical care identified as needed for a specific region. The floating DFR unit can also be used as a disaster relief medical unit.
