Design:

We offer a spectacular range of designs in our switches with different switching stages having dual pair of contacts. Each pair of contacts comprises two fixed contact plates and a movable contact plate. Further, slide movements facilitate rotation. Also, the slide rests on a CAM disc, which is grooved as per the sequential operation, rotated by switch handle through a hexagonal shaft.

The switching positions of a switch are usually indicated by a knob. Further, we offer a range of unique design and color combinations for plate and knob, suiting the panel.

We offer a qualitative range of Fuse Holder devices, which are specifically designed for containing fuse carriers and fuse bases. These are moulded out of high grade raw materials, exhibiting excellent flame retardant property. The raw materials used in the manufacturing of these devices are non-hygroscopic phenolic moulding powder, in accordance to IS: 1300 / BS: 771. Further, these holders give a classy look with a high gloss black finish. Also, the non-ferrous components are tin or silver plated for current carrying, ensuring better conductivity. In addition, the ferrous components are zinc plated to prevent oxidation and rusting.

Further, our fuse holders are simple in construction with minimal components. Also, in order for perfect alignment of carrier contacts and base contacts, these are mounted using location ridges formed on mouldings. Our 20A Fuse carriers have a single piece Phosphor bronze clip, while all other type Fuse carriers have a single piece press brass spin riveted contact. Moreover, the base is also made up of a single piece extruded brass tinned contact with adequate size of cable hole to accommodate aluminum cable. In addition, all our products are in accordance to IS: 13703 / IEC 60267, which are quality tested in our in-house quality unit.

We are one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Foot Switches, which are specially designed to open and close either AC or DC pilot circuits. Further, these devices offer environmental shield protection. Also, these are unique paddle designed, providing a huge target area of operation. In addition, these feature an integrated barrier, deterring both paddles from operating at the same time in twin foot switch.

Moreover, these devices come with varied contact mechanism such as single pole double throw twin break silver contacts (1NO + 1 NC ) and double pole double throw (2NO + 2NC) block. Also, these devices are housed in cast aluminum enclosure, providing water and oil tight features.
