Conical Twin Screw Extruders We provide conical twin screw extruder which is specifically designed for holding high calcium loading. Its operation is easy, synchronized with drives of extruder, feeder and haul off resulting high output at low screw speed and less consumption of power. The thread milling machine is produced by counter rotating conical twin screw machined on CNC "WMW" Germany that ensures better performance.

| Our planetary cutting saw comes with special hard alloy saw blade that cuts heavy caliber thick wall pipes easily. The planetary cutting saw blade cuts pipe dia upto 315mm and the cutting process is controlled by PLC. It has PVC chamefering that provides rotary cutting. The cutting saw also has saw dust powerful sucking device that sucks the dust.

Our automatic cutting unit provides smooth and clean cut. It has carborundum that reduces wastage during cutting process and the limit switch of cutting unit senses particular length of pipe. To accommodate different wall thickness, clamping force can be adjusted. Its all movement is armed with pneumatic cylinders.

| We export pneumatic haul off that is synchronized with extruder with the help of AC frequency variable drive. It has twin and multi track system that can be adjusted for different size of pipes ranges from 20mm to 315mm. Furthermore, the gap between the tracks and pressure can be adjusted pneumatically. To prevent ovality of large diameter and thin wall pipe, V-Groove rubber pads are mounted on chain with proper tensioning.
