HDPE Extrusion Line
Our HDPE extrusion line is fabricated using high grade steel. It comes with different specification and consists of different values such as min PIPE OD (mm) and max PIPE OD (mm). The plasticized capacity of HDPE extrusion line is high that ranges from 550 kg/hr to 600 kg/hr. Our range of HDPE extrusion line includes high speed cable extrusion line, high speed extrusion line and industrial cutting saws.

HIgh Speed HDPE Extrusion Line We offer high speed HDPE extrusion line which is available in different models such as HPMC 65G, HPMC 75G, HPMC 90G. The machine finds usage in the extrusion of polyolefin plastics. The plasticized capacity of the extrusion line ranges from 175kg/hr to 600 kg/hr.

Spiral Type Die Head:
- Spiral type die head ensures stable wall thickness of PE pipe even at higher output.
- It can produce pipe upto630mm.
- Low pressure diagonal channel with spiral mixing part ensures extrusion at low temperature and homogeneous plasticization.
Screw And Barrel:
- The screw adopt barrier type mixing zone.
- The barrel feeding zone is groove feed bush and made of hard alloy.
- It is result higher output rates,homogeneous plasticizing and material slippage
PLC Control System:
- There is an option for the whole line with PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen which makes the operation very convenient.
Vacuum Tank:
- Special design vacuum sizing can ensure the stability of diameter and roundness even when producing the pipe with higher wall thickness.
- The water spray unit produces high speed spray vortex to achieve fine and even cooling effect.
Double/Single Station Coiler: - Double station coiler can be provided for diameter up to 63mm.
- Single station coiler can be provided for diameter up to 110mm.

| We present industrial cutting saws that comes with special hard alloy saw blade which is used for cutting heavy caliber thick wall pipes of diameter up to 630 mm. The cutting process in planetary cutting saw is PLC controlled. It also has saw dust powerful sucking device that ensures dust free cutting.

We provide multiple arm haul olff which is used for PVC pipes. It has multiple arms maximum up to six for diameter of 630 mm.
