Single Screw Extruder Plant (For PVC Pipe, Profile & HDPE Pipe) We offer single screw extruder plant for PVC Pipe, profile & HDPE pipe. This plant has grooved feed (for HDPE pipe & PPR pipe) along with smooth-bore single screw extruder technology. This ensures highly optimized extrusion process. It also has a single thread screw for the wood pattern PVC profile. Our PVC pipe extrusion line is offered in various models having different values of minimum, maximum pipe OD (mm), max plasticizing capacity (kg/hr) and screw speed variation (rpm).

| We manufacture cooling unit which is fabricated using high grade steel. The vacuum tank is used for controlling and sizing of smaller size pipes ranges from 16mm-50mm. The water tank with sprays and without sprays present in the cooling unit is mainly used for cooling pipe.

We supply a cutting saw which is fitted with pneumatic cylinder that provides optimum gripping to pipes. A limit switch is used to sense the preset length of the pipes. Fabricated using high grade steel, our gamut meets the requirements of international standard. Features: - Durable

| We provide die head that is mainly used in screw, lathes machines for cutting or rolling a thread. It is available in size 16mm-50mm with stainless steel spider for smaller sizes pipes and 40mm-160mm with stainless steel spider for bigger size pipe. Our range of cater puller is used as a haul-off unit for pipe. A separate gear motor is used for giving drive to both the rollers of the haul off. It produces wrinkle free and smooth pipes.
