We provide conical twin screw extruder for two dia which is widely used in fabricating rigid and plasticized PVC dry bends. It produces large number of small and big pipes within a short span. The conical twin extruder holds high filler loading as compare to parallel twin screw extruder. Conical Twin Screw Extruder For Two Dia Our conical twin screw extruder for two dia is fabricated using high grade steel. It efficiently produces dual conduit pipe out of one mould. The conical twin extruder bear high filler loading in comparison to parallel twin screw extruder.

| We manufacture dual pipe vacuum tank which is fabricated using high grade steel. It reduces wastage during production process as it produces at least one pipe in case of discontinuation in the production of second pipe. The vacuum tank comes with high & low water level and temperature control device. It also has separate vacuum pump and water pump for two different vacuum chambers. Features: - Easy operation

We present dual pipe die head which produces the dual pipes out of one mould hence reduce the production cost. It is ideal for smaller size pipes ranges from 16mm-50mm with stainless steel spider. A special flow channel is designed that provides equal distribution of PVC in both the molds and a special treatment on the surface. The melting temperature and pressure remains even. | Dual Pipe Take Up And Pipe Cutting Unit Dual Pipe Take Up Unit: - It' construction ensures the traction of two different pipes at two different speeds thus enabling to produce pipe of different diameters.
- Drive is given through four geared motors to all the four rollers and synchronized with the help of AC frequency variable drive.
- Gap between two tracks is adjusted through pneumatic cylinders.
- Functioning is "PLC Controlled"
Dual PIpe Cutting Unit: - It' construction ensures the cutting of two pipes at different length and at different time.
- Length of the pipe can be set with the limit switch of tipping chute.

Our high speed cooling mixer is an automatic mixer and cooing unit that comes in compact design with mono block construction. The combined unit is equipped with separate mixer, cooler and operators platform which provides flexibility in installation and maintenance. It is widely used in the production of both rigid and plasticized PVC dry blends. A unique mixing impulse produces rapid mixing action and fast frictional heating by using aerodynamic principles. The large water fooled surface in the cooler ensures faster cooling time in comparison to mixer heating time. Features: - Easy operation
