We are capable of manufacturing and exporting high carbon Ferro manganese that confirms with IS 1171:1988 standard. With the production capacity of 750 TPM, we have been supplying and satisfying the needs of major public as well as private industries. The Ferro manganese ore offered by us is alloyed with iron and steel to give it an utmost strength and to save it from sulphur as well.
 
The specification of Ferro manganese offered by us is as follows:
 

• Mn 70-75%
• Si 1.5%
• C 6-8% Max
• P 0.50% Max
• S 0.05% Max

We undertake captive mining of manganese ore which is very essential because of its deoxidizing, sulfur-fixing and alloying properties in the production of Iron and steel. Having an estimated deposit of 2 Lac MT of 48% mm grade manganese ore, we are able to satisfy almost any demand in the market.
 
We primarily export following types of oxide ores:
 

• Pyrolusite, MnO2
• Hausmannite, Mn3O4
• Manganite, MnO(OH)

 
The Manganese ore we mine are very reliable due to following reasons:
 

• Power saving because they are very fragile,
• They don’t fuse easily with other metals
• They get oxidized easily.

 

We also manufacture and export highly pertinent 6.3 gm/cubic cm carbon silico manganese. Our production capacity is close to 3000 TPM because of which we are able to supply silico manganese to almost all the major public as well as private sector around the country. The carbon silico manganese, we manufacture conform to the IS 1470:1990 standards.

• Si 13-15%
• P 0.50% Max
• S 0.03% Max
• C 2.5% Max
