The ContaminationSensor Module CSM 1000 is an Online Condition Monitoring System for the continuous measurement of solid particle contamination in hydraulic and lubrication fluids with high proportions of air bubbles. Air bubbles are brought into solution by means of an integrated air bubble suppression and are therefore not measured as particles. The CSM 1000 is the ideal complete solution for counting out a fluid for particles, independent of the total hydraulic system.

The SMU1200 Sensor Monitoring Unit is a display unit for the HYDAC fluid sensors which is designed for the display and storage of the measurement data. The following combination of fluid sensors can be connected directly:

- MetallicContamination Sensor MCS 1000 and AquaSensor AS 1000
- Simple installation parallel to the customer system (HydacSensor Interface HSI for SMU 1200, forwarding of the sensor''s own analogue and switching outputs)
- Simple installation by means of magnet holder or top-hat rail installation
- High protection class with IP67, no switch cabinet construction required
- Plug&Work unit including the necessary 5 m connection cable for direction connection of the sensors (sensor connections via M12x1 plug-in connectors, no programming required)
