We are a manufacturer & exporter of custom designed casting parts like grate plates, tip castings, cooler grate plate, blow bar castings,cooler plate kq 1786, cooler plate kq 1901, kiln outlet, outlet sector for kiln & rft cooler grate plate, clamp, tip castings, ball joint & converter mouth line. These castings are made by hand moulding, machine moulding, shell moulding & investment casting process, all under our roof. Our products are designed keeping in mind the various industrial challenges, utility factors & customer requirements. Thus we offer products that includes SG iron castings, steel castings, alloy steel castings, carbon steel casting, manganese steel castings and are not only better competent, but are also cost-effective. For the betterment of our products, we conduct conventional chemical analysis, microscopic analysis, universal tensile testing, brinell hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, liquid dye penetrant testing and magnetic particle inspection at our manufacturing unit. Radiography requirements are also met on demand. All our products are made from high quality Carbon Steel, Manganese Steel, Heat Resistant Cast Steel, Corrosive Resistance Stainless Steel, Wear Resistant High Chrome Iron, etc. Our productions are accepted under third party inspection agencies such as M/S. Lloyds Register Industrial Services India (Pvt.) Ltd, TATA Projects Ltd., Engineers India Ltd., SGS India Ltd. and others.
