Paver Block Making Machine-Hydrill – 800H available with us is a stationary type concrete pavement block making machine in which molds are filled manually. This machine is specially designed for super fine blocks and two operators can work simultaneously on this machine from the both the sides. For easy opening of the mold, a hydraulically operated mold opener is fitted on both sides of the machine. This Concrete Pavement Block Making Machine is available in tow types such as Hydraulic Press and Drum Mixer.

This machine is mobile type, which ensures easy transportation from one site to another. Hydrill -1000-HSB blocks have tongue and groove interlocking system, which offers a mechanical bond with no or minimal mortar. The blocks manufactured using machine, are smooth in finish and the walls can be left exposed or plastered or colored with cement paint.

Concrete Block Machine- Stationary Type :-

This Stationary Type Concrete Block Machine comprises stable and compact welded box fabricated using square pipes of wall thickness or steel channel. To push forward the pallet on the vibrate table, the machine is equipped with hydraulic actuated pallet feed with collapsible catch.
