Concrete block making machine (HYDRIL 1000-HAS) is a stationary type  block making machine. This concrete block making machine incorporates various features like, PLC (optional) which controls the entire operations of the plant.

Material conveyor (belt) (5m, 2 HP) is provided for conveying the base mix from the mixer to the feeder box. Face mix is fed manually. Pallets are pushed into the machine hydraulically. Feeder box for base mix, hydraulically operated is used to fill the mould, thereby reducing manual labour to minimum and more time saving. The mould table vibrator (2880 VPM – Variable Amplitude, 3 HP x 2 nos) ensures better compaction. The ram is pressed into the mould hydraulically(15 ton* ). The concrete block making machine also incorporates a block receiving conveyor to receive green blocks from the press (Length 3m, 1 HP).

Block Cutting Machine :
