Working Principle :

• Employs proven Internal Gearing (Gear within Gear) principle for pumping
• Main gear keyed to drive shaft & rotates concentric in pump casing
• Idler located on eccentric pin on the front cover for ensuring free rotation
• Crescent shaped partition precision machined on front cover maintains a small but positive clearance to achieve perfect scaling between parts
• As gears come out of mesh, partial vacuum is created that forces fluid to rush into pump casing & fill in voids between the teeth
• Both gears rotating in same direction gently transfer fluid to the delivery port that results in a smooth-steady flow; low in pulsation, noise & vibration
• External bearing construction offer easy access to the pump components
• Block pump mounted integrally on hollow shaft gearbox automatically reduce speed (in several ratios)

'BM' Version:

• Bracket mounted casing construction provide stress free operation at the time of handling products at higher temperatures
• Most casing components are made using lost wax process for achieving better finish & grain structure

'GM' Version:

• Offers a choice of different speed ratios, thus making it easy for handling viscous products besides eliminating alignment problems
• Standard 4 pole/6 pole motors can be directly coupled to such units making it very reliable
