These are continuous type machines with hydraulic clamping and shooting unit. Extruder output is controlled by AC Variable Speed Drives. The compact size of the machine is an advantage for the small units. In double color blow molding machine there will be tow extruders and two materials with different color will be processed. The parison is formed with vertical strips of alternate colors and blown to the require shape. The die head is designed such a way that the number to strips can be changed easily during process. This is a compact hydraulic operated crimping press to join steel rope with end lugs. Both motorised and hand operated options are available. Easy to operate and very handy to take it to site.

Pipe Chamfering Machine / Edge Preparation, is designed for edge preparation of pipes. The machine can simultaneously carry out facing and chamfering operation. This machine is equipped with pneumatic clamping system and multi tool holding device. This job is stationery and cutting operation is performed by rotating tool. The machine also has A.C. variable frequency drive for selection of infinite cutting speed. Cutting feed rate is controlled manually. Optional Hydraulic/Pneumatic feeding can be given.

The purpose of Swaging machine is to achieve reduction in diameter of the Pipe or Solid rod compared to the original size to a desired length. Our Swaging Machine depicted in the picture is a linear Swaging Machine which is based on cold forming process. This can be used for swaging both solid rods, as well as pipes. The machine is hydraulically operated. The advantage of this machine being considerable reduction in raw material wastage, high productivity, no stress concentration, low noise and low temperature process. The machine is controlled by PLC. Swaging length can be infinitely set by the operator via MMI. This is a sturdy and smooth machine.
