These screw pumps are designed to give hygienic features with all metal parts in contact with liquid in smooth SS and stator of non-contamination rubber, seamless body eliminating product-retaining pockets. These screw pumps are designed to have the shaft sealing so that the food industries have the food grade gland packing/ mechanical seal. They have IDF / SMS /TRICLOVER / equivalent end connections.

These chemical screw pumps are designed with special geometrics , which varies from the 1/2 as well as 2/3 profiles. We are manufacturing these chemical screw pumps with cast iron and SS 316 material of construction. We also offer special material of construction in the manufacturing process for highly corrosive fluids.

The Working Principle of Hydro Prokav Dual Flow:
Twin Screw Pumps is dependent on the rotation of the two screw spindles in the closed compartment. There is always a predefined Fine clearance exists between the outside diameters of the screw spindles and the Casing bore/ Liner in which the screw spindles are located. Each half of the twin screw spindles is left handed and right handed. Thus when the Spindles rotates, driven by the timing Helical Gears located at the end of the Screw. The Liquid is drawn towards the end of the Screw and entrapped between the Bore of the Pumping compartment as well as the flanks of the screws and is then propelled axially from both the ends towards the centre. Such a dual flow nullifies the axial thrust completely thereby enabling the screws to remain in a state of hydraulic balance resulting in High Volumetric Efficiency and Overall Efficiency.

These industrial screw pumps use cast iron and stainless steel for wettable housing components. The rotor of these pumps have alloy steel, tool steel, stainless steel, alloy 20, hastelloy c, hastelloy b with hard chrome plating as the material of construction. These industrial screw pumps also enjoy the rotating parts of alloy steel and stainless steel. The stator contains the materials of natural nitrile, neoprene, epdm, hypalon, butyl, silicone, viton and others. These pumps have also the seals, which are done by soft gland packing or in some cases they enjoy the mechanical seal.
