Effluent Treatment Plant
We
offer our clients with multi stage membrane system of variable weight
cut-off as per requirement to achieve 90% recovery. These are
manufactured as per the industrial standards keeping in mind the
requirements of our esteemed clients. The salient features are as
follows:

water stage is operated on appropriate recovery ensuring high
quality water at high recovery (90%)
- Utilization
of reject water energy also reduces the operation cost

arrangements ensure perfect and consistent results along with
flushing or cleaning membranes during working,

Zero Discharge Effluent Plant
By
utilizing ABS Italy make diffusers, we manufacture aeration system
providing best possible biological treatment, with minimum possible
operation cost. We have incorporated high class components viz.
organic scavenger resin from Rohm and Hass France, Carbon from Jacobi
Sweden or Norit USA to monitor the parameters. Along with these, we
also provide ozone and electrode based degradation system to treat
and condition the water as per membrane feed.

Water Recycling Plant
We
are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of unique water recycling
plant for vehicle washing. The system is very well incorporated with
integrated treatment system for efficient removal of oil, fuel,
filterable solids, readily settable solids and other contamination
from water. We
use advanced technology during designing and production to make it
reusable and enable it to meet requirement of pollution regulatory
bodies. It requires minimum space and can be installed at the
existing washing area of automobile service centers.

Mineral Water Plant
We
are engaged in manufacturing and supplying of high quality mineral
water plant. These plants are made of high graded raw material by
employing high sophisticated machines. We can provide these plants in
customized sizes and specifications to ensure that their variegated
requirements are met.

RO Plant Item Code: Reverse-Osmosis-Plant We
are engaged in designing and manufacturing of RO (Reverse Osmosis)
Plants which are extensively used for removing the TDS present in the
conventional industrial effluents. Besides the RO plants, we also
offer Nanofiltration systems used for recovering the brine solution
from the effluent water. The various types of RO plants we offer are

DM Plant
We
offer our clients with precision engineered industrial DM plants that
are extensively used for various industrial purposes. We provide our
clients with the MD plants in bigger capacities for process water
application. Moreover, these can also be customized to meet the
varied requirements of the clients.

Water Softener
We
manufacture a wide range of sand filter systems used for producing
effluent that is low in suspended solids. The filtration process of
these systems comprise of passing water effluent through filter
medium that strain out colloidal particles such as fine sand,
anthracite, earth particles or filter fabric. Moreover,
the activated Carbon Filters are widely used for removing free
chlorine, phenol, taste and odor and reduction COD/BOD. We have made
these water softener system from mild still/FRP closed vessel which incorporate
frontal piping fitted with valves and are operated under pressure. The
water passes through the under bed media & granular activated
carbon layer. These have a back flushing arrangement for flushing
away the deposited impurity at carbon granules.

Water Dealkalizer
Our
wide range of water dealkalizer is widely used in various industries
for different industries. These dealkalizers are manufactured as per
the industrial standards by using advanced technology and
sophisticated machines. We can customize these as per the client’s
