 | We are manufacturers of Nitrogen Generators using Pressure Swing Adsorption technology for various applications. We have a range of standard sizes from 1 Nm3/hr to 500 Nm3/hr capacity of Nitrogen, and purities from 95% to 99.999% Nitrogen Inert Gases. Custom made plants for unique needs of customers is also feasible, and has been undertaken. We also undertake Annual Maintenance Contracts as per customer requirements. We also call them Nitrogen Generating Plants.

| Our PSA Nitrogen Generators consists of two towers containing CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieves). Air is compressed, dried and purified before entering the towers. While one tower is producing nitrogen, the other one is regenerating CMS by depressurization. Our technology is originally developed from patents of the “Deutsche Bergbau Forschung” (Mining Research, Germany). Various alternatives, modifications, and other process conditions can be advised on depending on the individual needs.
